+10Have you taken a look at ticket Templates ?, from my soft testing Setting a ticket template and schedule seems to work well so it will create in my case a ticket once a month to do a check on a troublesome IDF with some HVAC issues in the space.

+18I would suggest using a ticket template and then putting that ticket template on a schedule. Here is a guide that can help you set this up!
