Looking for some help/guidance on this one.

I’d like to build a ticket/quick ticket that can only be seen by building principals and agents for student information requests (eg filtering or email history). That way, I don’t have teachers or staff asking for that data and we can create a proper channel of communication with the requests.

Anyone had success with this before?

You might be able to use data from your SSO to help drill down here. On the Quick Ticket, you can add in additional filters like Job Title.

You might be able to use iiQ Teams, but I’m not sure how Roles vs. Teams filtering would work.


I was going to suggest Teams as well.

We can definitely make this work using a teams filter on a Quick Ticket. Quick Ticket visibility supersedes issue visibility, so if you have a custom issue set up for those requests, you can change the visibility to just IIQ admin/agents. Next, you’d create your Quick Ticket making sure you select the appropriate issues and filter by the team of users that you’d like to see these Quick Tickets.
