Is it better to report bugs through the community or through IQ? Is there a current bug list that are being worked on?

Please contact the support team for reporting bugs. Currently there is not an external list of current bugs being worked on. But something I am happy take back to our support team to look at implementing 
You can email them at support@incidentiq.com or submit a ticket by selecting Help at the top of your dashboard then Report an Issue from the right flyout.
