Am I missing the search function on the initial ticket creation page?  Our users are getting lazy and just choose issue not listed rather than find the issue that applies to their request.  Having a search function at the beginning of the ticket creation for the 5 main categories would be very helpful.  Anyone have ideas if this isn’t an option?

You have to click into the main categories to have the search bar appear. I don’t see an option to enable it on the main screen

Once you click into one of the top 5 categories, you can then search. Here is an idea that is in development and is coming soon that will make this process easier for common tickets:
