Is it possible to setup quick tickets for the remote support form.
For our Remote Support Ticketing, you are only allowed to have one type of issue to be submitted via RST. Are you wanting them to log into the portal and have options to pick for a quick ticket?

Yes, I was seeking the capability to provide parents with options to choose from. This way, they won't have to go through too many steps to submit a ticket.
