Hi All,

Not sure if this is a bug within the system but the new Shortcuts Management - Text snippets  is not functioning correctly for us. Text snippets are not able to be deleted from this interface and they are not displaying correctly in the UI. Is this an us issue or are others noticing this as well?

Great call out. Currently, text snippets are only able to be deleted within a ticket FOR NOW! Don’t worry because our team is already aware of this functionality gap and will be making this adjustment soon.

Unusable.  There is no reasonable wrapping nor a scrollbar.  Or do we need to recreate Shortcuts to make them work in this UI?
 

 

Also, seeing that we have (3) incident IQ instances… can you please add an Import / Export function for all of these Shortcuts?
