Is it possible to sort tickets by the date they were created? One use case would be when there’s a reported issue to review the latest tickets to help determine if it’s a sitewide issue or just small scale.
There is! On the default views/dashboards the “Requested For” column is actually a combination of ticket data, and when you click on it to sort you can select “Sort By Submitted Date”.
Also, if you’re creating custom views, you can add that as it’s own column if you want, and you can set the default sort to be by created date as well.
