Sub Tasks for Sub Tickets Bug?

I went to see if I had the same issue, and I actually couldn’t create a sub last on a parent ticket, let alone create one to turn it into a child ticket.

@davecarty Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I tested this on multiple sites, including your own, and was unable to reproduce it. First, see if it will work if you hit the “enter key” instead of the “enter button”’ on the screen. If you are still unable, please submit a ticket to support, including this screen recording. 

Hitting the enter key worked for me. I was using the button.

I tried another computer and it worked. Must be a caching issue on my main computer. Thanks

Sometimes refreshing the page and doing it again fixes the issue. I see it every so often where the “confirm issue” doesn’t work.
