Subticket field in the wrong order

Forum|alt.badge.img

We have a rule to create a subticket with fields from the parent ticket but they don’t show up in the order that is in the rule. Is that normal?

Based on your screenshot - are you referring to the mapped custom fields that are not showing in the order that you map them within the rule?
