Surveys

How do I have a survey get emailed to users who put a specific ticket type a week after the ticket was resolved?

@CSlobodian 8175692 hcsd Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

This is a great way to use your surveys! I would suggest adding a rule to the survey to send it out.

The screenshot shows to add the filters - “issue type” (or category, depending on what you want the survey to fire on) as well as the “last updated date - moving date, last week” (or adjust that as needed as well).

I hope this helps 😄

@Kathryn Carter Thanks. Can I also add a schedule to that filter to only run on a specific day of the week?

@CSlobodian 8175692 hcsd Yes, you can. You will add the “schedule” filter.
