This is great that the agent role is set to the default when assigning a ticket to another person but we have many others that are admins and it still adds a extra step. Is there a way to set admins and agents as the default?

The current setup is closer to what we need, but I agree with you. I think with the old permissions setup, agents and admins were all that showed up in the list.

If you want to filter by admins, you can add the admin drop-down each time you go to assign a ticket. You are welcome to submit another idea for this if you would like. https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas

they did add an idea for this exact “idea” but you put it as a duplicate to the new feature that has allowed the filter by role.

This would be helpful for us as well.  All of my “agents” are not actually agents, but IIQ Admins.

First time posting in the Community Forums. My team would also like to see if we could either remove the defaulting or see how we can change the default to another (or more at one time) option(s).
