I wish it was possible to be able to edit the subject line of a submitted ticket. I can re-categorise and make a note to better clarify the issue but some of my users are so off base on what subject they submit the ticket under. Anyone else need/want this functionality edit to IIQ ticketing? Is it already a feature request?

What portion are you unable to edit? You should be able to change the main category and the issue, which is reflected at the top of the ticket.

Are these tickets coming in via email?

You can’t edit the subject line. And yes some of our tickets do come in via email which makes it harder to re-categorise/assign to the correct team member to resolve and for me to gain metrics information on what doesn’t/isn’t working over time

There is a “Change Subject” option.

@NJefferies 2208e06 bisd303 Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

You are unable to change the description field after the ticket has been submitted. Here is an idea to checkout:  https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas/editing%2Dthe%2Ddescribe%2Dyour%2Dissue%2Dafter%2Dticket%2Dis%2Dcreated%2D473
