What happened to the activity tracker on my tickets that I am working on? I used to see how long it has been in my que.

It seems to be a bug that came along with the latest product update. Someone posted about it yesterday: 

If you haven’t, you might want submit a ticket to iiQ support so they know your district is impacted.

This is something caught by our team this morning and there is an investigation. Please submit those tickets to support so that they are able to track who is being affected by this! Thanks!

 


Same for us.  We also lost the image of the device associated to the tickets.  I have submitted a ticket as well.
