Ticket Timeline

I need to create a ticket that happened last week.  The ticket should have been made at the time of the incident but it was not.  It is important that the time line be accurate.

 

Does anyone know if\how to create a ticket and set the date to be last week?

I think that is a wonderful idea but I could not figure out a way to change the time.
