Reaching out to see if this can be done. I would like to setup to where techs/agents can only see the unassiged and tickets assiged to them, but thats it.

We have the ability to setup agents to only view tickets assigned to them or their team, through what we called “delegated permissions”:

@CHenneke 76364f2 mvisd Just a note that with delegated permissions, users can only view tickets assigned to them or their team but will not have visibility into unassigned tickets.

Thanks ​@svanassche_iiQ2 and ​@GWeiland_IIQ for jumping in on this one. One more work around I can think of for those users to see unassigned tickets would be to create a team everyone is on and then add them to those specific teams with delegated permissions! Great collaboration and teamwork here.
