Hey guys! What’s the best way to submit tickets on multiple assets simultaneously?
Ex. multiple Chromebooks have damaged keyboards.

tickets → Bulk actions → submit tickets (or apply template)

Rapid Scan → Bulk Actions → submit tickets (or apply template)
Both options will have you select multiple tickets to use bulk actions. I hope this helps
