Is there a report that shows time spent by an agent for a certain time range on actions in tickets?

We would like to see how much time an agent spent on actions last week or last month.

Hi @burtjenn. Thank you for your question. I wanted to gather some more information. Are looking to create SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and then create a custom view from there? Here is an article about SLAs:

 


One of our managers would like to see how much time his team spends on tickets in a given time period, say last week.  

They put in their time as actions on the tickets.

He doesn’t really care about response times or resolution times, just the time spent on actions

Hi@burtjenn, After doing some research, this is not possible but would be a great idea for the Idea Exchange.


This exists in the facilities module kind of, from what I’m told when we asked a similar question about tracking time for billing out labor, but unfortunately not in the Ticketing module.


@TAnders is correct. That you are able to track labor time within the facilities module.
