One of our managers would like to see how much time his team spends on tickets in a given time period, say last week.
They put in their time as actions on the tickets.
He doesn’t really care about response times or resolution times, just the time spent on actions

This exists in the facilities module kind of, from what I’m told when we asked a similar question about tracking time for billing out labor, but unfortunately not in the Ticketing module.
