Hello. How can agents transfer a ticket to a seperate team and have it roundrobin and reassign to a new agent from that team? 

There are a couple ways I have things set up that do this. One involves tags and a rule being triggered based on that tag (don’t forget to remove the tag at the end of the rule actions). 

But I think a simpler option is to do it via shortcuts which would look like this.
