Is there an article describing how to set up and what it looks like to a user when they submit a comment by email?  do they get some kind of notification of the out of office?  I have been assigned tickets and was out for a few days, my tickets are not usually given to someone else to cover?

 

@MRandle 7609a89 vvsd Thanks for your question regarding the Out of Office period that can be set within a user profile. Navigate and click on your name in the upper right corner and then choose My Profile:

The Out of Office period is found on the bottom right of the profile screen:

This is only going to affect tickets that are being routed to you via a rule. So if you are OOO and have chosen a user to cover for you those tickets will go to the covering user. If you don’t choose a user then nothing happens and the tickets are still assigned to you. Any ticket that gets assigned to you manually do not go through this OOO setting.
