Is there an article describing how to set up and what it looks like to a user when they submit a comment by email? do they get some kind of notification of the out of office? I have been assigned tickets and was out for a few days, my tickets are not usually given to someone else to cover?

The Out of Office period is found on the bottom right of the profile screen:
This is only going to affect tickets that are being routed to you via a rule. So if you are OOO and have chosen a user to cover for you those tickets will go to the covering user. If you don’t choose a user then nothing happens and the tickets are still assigned to you. Any ticket that gets assigned to you manually do not go through this OOO setting.

Is there a way for an iiq admin to set the out of office on behalf of another agent? ie someone is out of the office unexpectedly and then we have to login and do it on their behalf?
