Is there a way to have the Subtask list update based on the ticket created rule > create subtask list when ticket issue is changed? For example, I had a requestor put the wrong ticket issue in, when I change to the correct issue, the subtask list based on that rule is not generated.

Hi
You would create a ticketing rule triggered “When Updated”. Then use the “When field is updated filter= Issue” and use an Issue filter to select the correct issue. Finally, use the “Create Subticket” action to add the Subtask to the newly updated ticket. This rule should add the subtask to the ticket after the issue has been updated.
