Hello,

We have a Ticket issue category for Maintenance/ Facilities, their ticket type is the same for everything.

Is it possible to create a custom field for their ticket type and then name is something like Subject and when the user puts data in their that it will make it the ticket subject instead of the generic category type?

@TCummings 9174959 juhsd Thank you for submitting your question to our Community.

I would suggest adding those models and model categories as the things the facility team services. However, this would be a great enhancement for our Idea Exchange: https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas

They don’t use models?

@TCummings 9174959 juhsd Hi there, I did some digging into your site and have some solutions. You will need to create more than 1 custom category and issue type:

Adding custom categories and issues will create more dynamic subject titles. Above, I meant to say issue categories/types. I apologize for the confusion.

Also, we have a facilities solution if you are wanting the ticketing system but specifically for facilities. https://www.incidentiq.com/school-facilities-management-software

I reached out to your CSM to come check on you with getting this set up 😄
