Hello! I’m creating custom views and would like to set the record number to be viewed by 50 or 100, rather than the 20 records at a time. What filter can I use to change the number of records I can view at one time? Thank you in advance.

Nvmd, found it!

I am glad to see that you found what you were looking for. For other members in the community, you are able to adjust the number of items shown on a view in your option settings.

Side question.

How do you add the “Working Normally” bar?

This is a free app called Status Board.

The Status Board app allows users to add a service message to see when there is an updated status about the service, if the service is a slight service interruption, moderate service interruption, or unavailable.

Still learning this whole system, wasn’t aware of apps.

Second side question.

Is there anyway to convert custom views (or any view) into the cube style (Assinged to me, etc...)?

There are many different apps that you can install to help with your district workflows. Here is our Knowledge area where you can learn more about different apps: https://community.incidentiq.com/apps-74

Currently you can not make the custom view into the “cube style.”

But you can add that as an enhancement request in our Idea exchange: 😁
