What happens when agent user profile is deleted?  Are tickets attached to the profile deleted as well?

@MSantiago We deleted one of our agents/techs and we can still see the tickets. However, I could not search by the agents name since they don’t exist. I was able to search a date range and find tickets from that person that they were assigned to. Once I found one ticket that had that agent assigned, I was able to then click the “View User” button and see the other tickets assigned to that user. Not elegant but it worked.
