Hi,

 

Is there anyway to customize the Create Ticket page for users?  It’s this page.  We’d like to have different options or rename them.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

You can rename them by going to administration and changing them in the custom names section

Thanks for your help.  This is the section I need to change.  From what I can find it’s called “Ticket Types”. It shows in Issues/Ticket Types but doesn’t give m an option to edit.  It is not an option in Custom Names.

This is what I see in Custom Names.  Am I missing a feature that needs to be enabled so that I can see the other options?

 

 

 

 


If you click on new custom name at the top right you will get the screen below.  Then you can choose from the categories that are available to be changed and then give it a new name. 

 

 


Is there an option to add more ticket types into the system?


No, not that i’m aware of.  


@Belcher.shane is absolutely correct on how to create a custom name, and that you cannot add more ticket types into the system. @Belcher.shane we appreciate your help in community!!
