Is it possible to use the approval of a subtask in a Rule that would update our ticket (looking to send it to another Team when the subtask is approved).

Maybe I’m missing how to do this?
Thanks

@ginger.mckenzie There is no way to trigger a rule based on a completed subtask. You could use subtickets, but this would require additional steps. I would suggest adding this as an idea to our Idea Exchange: https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas

@ginger.mckenzie Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

Are you referring to completing a subtask versus approval? Are you working within Enhanced Approval Workflows?

We do not have Enhanced Approval Workflows.

I would like to be able to use an update rule when someone marks the subtask as complete. Is that possible?
Thanks, Ginger
