Is there a way to run a daily report of new users added to IQ?  I’d like to be able to see when an account is added so that I can create a deployment ticket to get devices and equipment quickly checked out to them.  I’d also like to be able to limit the report to either student or staff as needed.

@elainew Thank you for your question. However, we cannot run a daily report for new users. However, you can create a rule that automatically creates a ticket for the new user to get all their information. 

You will need to create a ticket template for the new user! You can even create more than one and base it off the role, so new teacher versus new students.
