We have created a custome user view to show us newly enrolled students that do not have a device assigned. One of the filters we use to accomplish this is “SIS user staturs:Active” however I am running into a problem where SIS users with a status of “ToBeDeleted” are not being filtered out. Is there a way to make the “ToBeDeleted” status an option to be filtered out in the view filters?

+18Are you able to see the “tobedeleted” within iiQ? If so, you can exclude those users. If not, I would suggest adding a custom field for those users to be deleted and excluding the custom field added to those users.

+3I have attatched a photo of the available fillters within Incident IQ for SIS status, and a photo of how our SIS is marking the student within Incident. Perhaps a custome field would be the way to go, could you let me know the resource i could use to create what i need?
