Please someone tell me there is a way to assign the Default policy for Roles, I need to hide the Knowledge Base from all our staff as we already have one that exists, the only way I can do this is to create a new policy and set it to everyone's default individually.

There has to be a better way, please help.

Yes! You can definitely change the global default for each role. Go to Admin > Permissions… there’s a section on the right hand side to set what you want the default to be for each role. You do have to go into each product (Ticketing & Facilities) and set it.

We did this prior to rollout because the out-of-the-box permissions were a little too generous lol.
