I am attempting to set up our facilities agents to be able to customize their dashboard just like we in the IT ticketing can change the look of our dashboard. I am not finding anywhere to give them the permissions for this. Any help would be great!

Your agents should be able to personalize their dashboard just like they do in IT. They will click their name and click “options.” This will pull up the dashboard options. 

 

 

No options other than the default options already populated come up.

@lpreedom Interesting, I have logged into your facilities module and was able to adjust the dashboard. Is the user you are logged in as have any custom views? That could also be part of it. If you scroll, that would give you additional options.
