How can students view their IIQ fines when they log in to IIQ?

Students are able to view fees/fines if they are added to the ticket. Typically the generated statement is emailed out to the email address. 


I am not seeing this behavior. When we collect devices, we scan it in and if parts are missing our techs create a device ticket and then they add a fee for the missing item. In come cases, the fee will list an asset but in some cases, it only lists an associated user like the image below.

 

 

As an agent, when I go to that users profile, I can see the fee listed in the Fee Tracker section. Additionally, if I open the ticket that the fee was created in, it will show up. However, if I log in as the user, the fee doesn’t show up anywhere on the dashboard, there is no options in the menus to show it and even if I open the ticket that the fee was created in it doesn’t show up. I did put in a ticket with support since I think this may be a error, but am also posting here in case it’s not an error and others can get help from this post.
