How do I create a Field Mapping for user accounts? For example, I want to have a slot for parent email addresses, then I will map it to our database. Thank you!
@rdunlap we cannot write back to your database at this time, but you could create a custom value in Incident IQ and pull the data in from your database.
I would also like to be able to do this.
