If you need to make manual changes to a user's account that is automatically pulling information through an integration with an outside system, you will need to lock down these changes prior to the next system sync. Open the user profile use the lock icons to the right of the data fields to lock down each piece of information.

+2I need to remove the assigned role for IIQ users who are no longer with us. I would like to do this with an import. We have integration with BB and Intune enabled. Is there a way to set the locked option to yes in an import? If so how do we do this? I don’t want to have to manually updated the records for each ex-student or ex-employee.
