How do I remove Facility Agents from my list of Tech Agents

Hopefully a simple fix due to an oversight on our end. 


When I assign tickets I see all the agents, Facility and Tech.

I should only be seeing the Techs as the ticket was submitted for tech and not facilities. 


How can I accomplish this?
