can I edit and or add user roles in Incident IQ?

Hi @KCortez 85384e0 udsd ! Thank you for your question.

We are not able to edit/add User Roles in iiQ. You can however create Teams, which is another way to ‘group’ your users.

Is there something specific you were looking to achieve? Happy to help!

Thanks,

I was just trying to do this. I would like to separate our “guest” users out a bit. We have service accounts/coaches/board members in this group. Would be nice to sort those out to other roles.

@RBreedlove 2978e2c rcaps Great point - the best way to do this is through team delegations. With the teams you can add specific permission policies. I like to think that it is a way to group similar users who need the same access to iiQ. Here is the guide to get started:

okay thanks

But what role would you put these team members in? In the Facility role, then they get the global facility permissions, and also the team permission on top of that, right?

@mwhite Yes, you can add a team policy on top of their global role permission as well.
