Implement "Add Followers" option under Ticket Permissions

Staff role users are not able to add followers to tickets and we’d like to be able to grant some access.

Staff users can add followers on tickets by giving them “list users” permissions.

Thanks, is there a way for them to add followers after the ticket is created?

@dansbyzachary Normal requestors won’t be able to add followers to tickets after they are open, only during the ticket submission process. Someone who has the permissions to view and work tickets would be able to add followers after the ticket is created.

@dansbyzachary Also, if there is a set list of followers typically added to the ticket or a specific ticket issue, you could also optionally add them via a rule such as Ticket “when created”.
