I know I can create custom views, but it can get tedious to have to do it for multiple technicians.

 

It would be nice if I could search for an Agent, and then click the “Open Tickets” section within their profile.

 

 

Is this a feature that I’m not finding, or should I add it to the Ideas section?

@mcgiardina Thank you for submitting your question. 

There is not a way to view open tickets from the user’s profile page. 

However, a current work around would be to head to open tickets, and then filter by the agent you are looking for. I have attached a screenshot to help 😄
