I am building out a number of asset and ticket views that need to be shared across all of our agents, however only a few of my agents have the “manage shared views” link in the sidebar.   what controls access to shared asset and ticket views?

@lcecil I logged into your site and saw that some of your agents do not have access to see your assets. The setting is in the role permissions. I have attached the guide to help you. Try that and let me know if it works 😄

 


@lcecil You should create the custom view first. Then go back into view settings and click on share. You are able to share to agents or whole team. Here is a screenshot to help. 😄
