Good morning!  I have an organization that my school system works with that has several individuals who may book spaces for different professional development sessions, etc.  There is not one (or two, or three) central person (people) who coordinate(s) the scheduling, and it would be impossible for them to make that happen.

So, is there a way to add additional contacts to an organization?  I can find nothing that would lead me to believe so, but I also am certain I am able to miss  something.  If there is not, has anyone had a similar experience and found a way to work around it?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

@SGlandon 20729a1 libertyk12 Thank you for your question, I just wanted to clarify, are you looking to add users to your organizations so that they can book events or are you speaking of contacts in this area?

Thank you for responding, @efoxworth_iiQ !

I am, but if there is somewhere else to add them, I would be thrilled.  In this case, at least 5 people will be reserving spaces for their organization.  I do understand that more contacts can be added to actual events, but I didn’t know if that would be a permanent thing - will they always be associated with the organization and then able to book events?  I just assumed it would be a thing for that single event!

And….. just this second, I realized that perhaps those are just the main contacts, and multiple individuals might stil be able to identify with the organization and book events even if they’re not listed there?

I am laughing at myself!

@SGlandon 20729a1 libertyk12 🙂 You are correct those are just the main contacts. You are able to add Users to organizations or they have the ability to associate themselves with organizations when they book events. Once the organization is created you can select the Users tab and add Users.

Check out this  article on how External Users book events and associate themselves with organizations and let me know if you have additional questions.

Oh my gosh, totally missed that option.  Thank you so very much!
