We added in another department and made 4 developers as agents in IIQ.   They can not change the “on behalf of” when a ticket is submitted for the wrong person.   I can not find where to change this to allow these 4 to change that field.   Any help?   Thanks in advance!

I think I have it, had to add them to the one custom agent role policy, thanks!

@GWade Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

Did you provide the “list users” permission to their policy?

We assumed by making them agents, this would carry over.   So can you point me to where this needs to be configured?

@GWade As we have the new permissions, the global policy should have added them for the users. What policy are they assigned in your system? I can take a look!

@GWade Great! You will need to ensure they are on the correct permission policies to get those abilities. Role no longer serves with the built-in options. 😄
