I have a few users who cannot find this component. They have the role as an agent and we have modified permissions but they are still not able to find this widget.

Why? Some have it like IIQ Admins. Is this a permissions issues? Must this user be an IIQ admin to see all tickets from a certain team? Can they just see tickets from a certain team and have the ability to add this widget?

At this time, this dashboard widget is only available for Admins.

So what widgets are available to you are based on permissions and roles? If so can you all present them that way in your knowledgebase? It reads as if these are the default features. Please show a breakdown of which roles or permissions allows you to see which widgets. That would help a lot!


@AWilson 61044d5 shawneeps Great question, it looks like those available components are hard coded by role within our system. I have reached out to our Product Team and they will work on a specific list. As a work around for now, they suggested creating a custom to share with those agents and have them post on their dashboard from that custom view.
