We have staff or students who have left the district. Even though we are updating info in our SIS they are still showing up in IIQ as active. Is there a setting for when the sync happens it moves these to no access?

We use Classlink.
I’m not familiar with ClassLink myself, our district uses Infinite Campus. However I think most iiQ connectors work in a similar way.
According to this, there should be a section for the setting you’re looking for.
If your SIS is your source of authority for iiQ users/accounts, then there should be some setting for it I believe. What SIS do you have connected to iiQ?
