Is there a way to add photos of students and staff when Agents are looking up users?

Hi @jhandler, At this time there is no way to bulk upload photos of students and staff. This would be a great idea for you to put into the community Idea Exchange.

This is a huge disappointment that they can’t be uploaded and named by student ID or staff id or email and then they just get attached.   Is there a way to upload one at a time we can script?

@jhandler, let me do some research and get back to you on putting them in one at a time. In the meantime, this is really a useful idea, especially in bulk.

@jhandler Sorry, unfortunately, the staff and student photos are unable to be added into iiQ. Please do put it in as an idea in the Idea Exchange.

Done.

This is a real need to have and surprised it isn’t there.   There is a way for the end user to attach a photo of themselves it looks like but not to batch upload them

@jhandler If the user goes to the top right corner and clicks on My Profile, and then they can upload a picture. I hope this and this article helps -

Yes, but the students won’t be logging, we are needing a way to mass load the images we get from the photographers for verification.   This becomes really important, especially when you don’t know the students and you are giving them devices as a visual verification “I have the right student in front of me”.

@jhandler Thank you for the clarification about the students not actually logging into iiQ to upload the picture. I am glad you put this in the Idea Exchange!

We would like to get student photos uploaded to our student accounts but it's not feasible to do it one by one.  A mass photo upload feature by id number or email would be very helpful.
