Does anybody else have a staging site?
Are you able to see any users in it?
I cannot.
I need to test some Role/Team changes, but I cannot test them cause there are no Users.

I’ve submitted a ticket in the staging site.  I received an email that it was created.  Yet, it isn’t showing up in any of the views.

Nor are any of the ticket counts accurate.


The tickets area of the site has additionally be reindexed. Please let me know if you’re still noticing any issues.

Just so I understand… am I doing something wrong?  Is this normal behavior?
Should I be emailing you every time I need to test something on the Staging site or is there a better way for us to use it?


Hi ​@jo.cpa - The staging sites do need to be manually refreshed periodically in order to show tickets, users, and assets, and this is a process that must be handled from our end. In the future, if you find yourself needing a refresh, please feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager, ​@KellenH_iiQ (kheim@incidentiq.com), who will be happy to assist you.
