Update user info when importing

Hello,

 

We do a user sync using our SIS so all my users are in IQ. I am trying to do a CSV import to import a custom field that does not come from my SIS. When I try to do this it says user already exist. Is there a way to append to the current users in IQ

@RWatson Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄 

Have you already created the custom field within the user profile? You should be able to add the User name and email address to identify the user via the CVS. Then, the custom field will be updated when the user is matched.

Thanks for replying. I did create the custom field and read over the KB you attached but this is the error I am getting when trying to do a user upload
