Is there away to create user groups in IQ so I don’t have to add each teacher individually as followers. I can just add that group email and it adds all those teachers in the group.

The easy way is to create a shortcut and add the "Add Follower" action for each user’s email. This way, you can use this shortcut, and it will add all of them at once.
