We’re looking for a way to sync our fees over from iiQ to PowerSchool, as well as a custom boolean field we use to track whether users are enrolled in our insurance program. So far, the best way we can find to do this is to create a user view containing students with those two columns, run a scheduled export every night, then import that data into PowerSchool. Has anyone else run into a similar issue and found a more effective or easier way to sync data from iiQ to PowerSchool?
Also, if we do go with a scheduled SFTP export of the user view, we’d like to know what happens if the user who created the view has their account removed. Will the view export stop? If so, does sharing the view with a team of users ensure it is preserved even if the owner’s account is deleted?
