Is there a way to allow a Ticketing Permission Policy “Users Explorer Access”. I can’t find the option.

Is there a way to allow a Ticketing Permission Policy “Users Explorer Access”. I can’t find the option.

Currently that will only be possible for the Agent role, but you would go to the “Users” tab on the Permission Policy that you’re modifying and enable the “View” permission for any location that you want that policy to have access to. Just enabling for at least one location will make the “Users Explorer” option show up on the left nav for whoever has that policy applied.
