Way to Remove Fields From User Profile

Question

I created a custom field to determine if the user is insured or has already used a claim. However in order to view it I have to select “Edit User.” Is there a way to remove feilds like “job title” or “supervisor” so that the custom feild will be visible?

​@AKnott 213957c ritenourschoolsIn order for that field to populate within the user profile you will need to upload information into the custom field. This could be a Yes/No toggle switch or dropdown, etc. You will need to create a .CSV with student number and the data for the custom field in another column. When you upload the file you will then see the custom field populated with the information uploaded. Only the information within the .CSV will be uploaded and no other information on the user profile will change.Hope this helps!
