Hi everyone! I'm Melinda Holman, the District Library Director for Pulaski County Special School District in Little Rock, Arkansas. We're new to Incident IQ and excited to dive in! Our district of 12,500 students is 1:1, and until now, we've been using separate systems for Chromebook inventory, circulation, and help desk ticketing. We're really looking forward to having everything streamlined in one platform. I'm grateful to be part of this community and look forward to asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning how others are using Incident IQ to support their districts!

Hello, All !  My name is André Ezell and I’m an IT Specialist for the Capitol Region Education Council in Hartford, CT.  I’m part of a team of about 25 and one of our biggest responsibilities is keeping things running at the various magnet schools that are under our care.  A year ago we first found IIQ while searching for a better inventory tool and started using only that component.  Our positive impressions have continued and we are now looking to get into the other components/services of IIQ like the ticket workflows.  I’m one of several helping to manage the system and I expect my history in ticket system building to be helpful to our process.  I’m so glad to have found out about this IIQ Community as I’m sure that will make things easier to learn.

I’m Chris, a CSM on Justin’s team at Incident IQ. Prior to joining up as a CSM I worked on the development team here for 4.5 years as a quality engineer. I love our product, our mission statement, and how it helps all of our users transform their districts and ultimately helps our nation’s students.

I’m always outside since I’m lucky enough to live in beautiful Colorado. I’m super into skiing, watching hockey, ice skating, hiking, camping, and riding bikes with my family.

I am very excited to finally be on the customer-facing side of things and work with everyone using our products! 😊

Hello! 

My name is Jen Christianson and I’m a new CSM on Nikole’s team. Prior to joining Incident IQ I worked in at a Healthcare software company in many different roles, including Support and CSM. I’m very excited to jump into the Education world. 

I live in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York, and when I’m not working, can normally be found at a Hockey rink, watching my son play.
